Body, Mind, & Spirit Shabbat is a novel and meaningful way to celebrate our day of rest. We meet at Temple for a delicious breakfast and then we participate in an activity such as hiking, biking, walking, yoga, Zumba, sketching, kayaking, stand up paddle board, or crafting. The idea is to move our bodies as we pause seven times for prayer and reflection in connection with the sacredness of Shabbat. This creative celebration combines our mind, bodies, and spirits as we make new friends and strengthen relationships with one another.
