Tzedakah
Tzedakah – usually translated to mean “charity”, but closer in meaning to righteousness or justice – is a central commandment of Judaism.
Tzedakah underwrites our worship opportunities, helps provide educational programs, and provides the means to heal our broken world through acts of chesed (kindness) and tikkun olam (repairing the world). Charitable giving enables participation from anyone who is a member of our community or one who wishes to support it. Tzedakah also provides scholarships for our schools, membership, and camps.
