An Evening with Larry Elder

Date:  Sunday, May 20, 2012 – 7:00pm

The Larry Elder Show airs on TALKRADIO 790 KABC.  He has written articles that have appeared in L.A. Daily News and Jewish World Review.  He has also written “Ten Things You Can’t Say in America,” Showdown,” “What’s Race Got To Do With It” and “Stupid Black Men.”

This will be an event to remember so please get your tickets early!!

Bunco and Texas Hold’em Night

Date: Saturday, June 2, 2012 – 5:30pm

You will want to be at Temple Beth David on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 5:30pm for a Bunco and Texas Hold’em Night.

The event will be held in the Temple Beth David Social Hall, 6100 Hefley Street, Westminster, CA.

Besides having a great time and meeting new friends, there will be a fantastic dinner by Maggiano’s Little Italy with beer, wine, Margaritas, Piña Coladas and more. Great prizes including an IPad3, $$$, sports tickets and more.

The price is $90 for poker…$50 for bunco which includes dinner and drinks. Check-in, Drinks and dinner from Maggiano’s starting at 5:30pm.  Tournament starts at 6:30pm. Open to the public.

Synaplex – Golden Oldies

Join us as we relive 1962, the year Temple Beth David was established. 

Diner-style BBQ Shabbat dinner,  a short presentation by Dalia Taft from the Orange County Jewish Historical Society on what the OC Jewish Community was like in the 60’s.  

Groovy 1960’s style Shabbat services with Rabbi Myers, Cantor Linder, & the TBD Choir,
